  • Systems Integration

    Keeping Shopify in sync with a POS

    Problem. A retailer needed inventory counts and product pages on Shopify to stay current with what was happening at the till. Manual updates weren’t cutting it.

    What I did. I built a small service that watches the POS and pushes updates to Shopify on a heartbeat schedule—fast enough to feel live, careful enough not to trip rate limits.

    Docs and e-signatures without the paper chase

    Problem. Intake forms, PDFs, and signatures were all done by hand. Easy to lose track of, easy to mess up.

    What I did. Put together a simple web app to manage contacts, generate the right PDF for each case, and email it out for signing.

    App rebuild and AWS multi-account move

    Problem. The product had grown messy—email wasn’t landing reliably, and the AWS setup needed cleaner separation between environments.

    What I did. Moved things onto a multi-account AWS layout, cleaned up SES/DMARC so mail actually gets delivered, and rebuilt the front end on a leaner serverless backend.
